You can use the 'Take a Break' feature! Go to their profile, click on the Friends button, and select 'Take a Break.' This option allows you to see less of their posts without having to unfriend them. Super handy!

Unfollow them! Just go to their profile, click on the 'Following' button, and select 'Unfollow.' This way, you won't see their posts in your feed, but you stay friends. Easy-peasy!

Mute them in your chat settings. Open your Messenger app, go to their chat, tap on their name at the top, and select 'Ignore messages.' No more notifications but still friends!

For a hot take: Just tell them you need a break. Use that trusty Facebook Messenger and send a message. Honest communication – wild concept, right?

Just block them temporarily! Go to their profile, click on the three dots near their cover photo, and select 'Block.' It's a bit extreme, but it works if you need a clean cut for a while.
