Make sure to have a safe place to store those tiny screws. They love to vanish into thin air!

Hey there! To take off the faceplate of your Xbox Series X controller: first, you need to remove the screws behind the battery cover and underneath the grips. You can pry the grips off with a plastic opening tool. After that, unscrew the visible screws, and the faceplate should come off easily!

Rip it off! Just kidding, use a T8 screwdriver and be gentle!

I've done this before, and trust me, you'll need a T8 security Torx screwdriver. Just unscrew the five screws (two under the grips and three under the battery cover), then gently lift the faceplate off.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
