I've opened hundreds and here's my go-to method: Heat up the edges of the blister pack with a hair dryer for about 30 seconds. This softens the plastic and adhesive, making it way easier to peel the blister away from the card without tearing anything. Works like a charm and keeps both the car and card looking good.

Just rip it open! If you're not trying to keep the card in mint condition, tearing into it is half the fun. Hot Wheels are made to be played with, so free those cars and let the races begin!

Taking Hot Wheels out of their blister packs without causing damage can be a bit of a delicate operation, especially if you're aiming to preserve the packaging. Start by carefully cutting around the edges of the blister pack with a sharp craft knife or a pair of small, sharp scissors. Make sure to cut away from yourself to avoid any accidents. Leaving a bit of the plastic attached to the card can help maintain some of the packaging's integrity if that's important to you. Always take it slow to avoid damaging the car or the card!
