From my experience, the easiest way is to link your account to Facebook or Twitter. Then you can see which of your friends are playing and invite them directly. Easy-peasy!

Teaming up in PUBG Mobile is super easy! Just add your friends in the game by searching their usernames, and then invite them to your lobby. You can also join squads through the 'Team Up' feature in the main menu. Happy gaming!
