Full art Pokemon cards are super cool and pretty easy to spot! They have artwork that extends all the way to the edges of the card, without the usual yellow borders that regular cards have. Also, the artwork usually covers the entire card, making the Pokemon the star of the show. Plus, the texture! Many full art cards have a unique texture that you can feel when you run your fingers over them.

If it's shiny and makes you say 'wow', it's probably full art. But seriously, full art cards will have the artwork covering the entire card, edge to edge, no borders.

Had a full art card once, thought it was just a cool picture until I learned about full art cards. The artwork going all the way to the edge and the texture were dead giveaways. Look for those and you can't go wrong.

Honestly, it's all about the borders. No yellow borders, full art. Simple as that. People get too caught up in the details.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
