Honestly, just buy from reputable sources. If you stick to official sellers or well-reviewed online stores, you're less likely to run into resealed packs. Better safe than sorry!

It's like being a detective! First, look for tampering signs on the wrapping - if it's too loose, too tight, or has uneven seals, that's your first clue. Also, check the pack's weight. Some pro collectors swear by weighing packs – resealed ones might be off because they've been messed with. And don't forget the feel of the pack. Original packaging has a certain crispness. If it feels sloppy or sticky, red flags should go up!

Got a resealed pack once, the cards were all over the place in terms of generations, and the code card for online play was missing. Always check for those code cards; they're good indicators of tampering since resellers often take them out.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
