Check the road signs and license plates! Argentina's plates have a unique black-and-white design, while Brazil's are more colorful.

Vegetation and landscape can be a huge clue. The Amazon rainforest? Think Brazil or Peru. Andes mountains? Chile, Argentina, or maybe Ecuador.

Personal experience here: If you see 'sol' and 'empanadas' signs everywhere, you're likely in Argentina. Trust me, my GeoGuessr score jumped after that realization!

Look for Spanish vs. Portuguese! Brazil's the only Portuguese-speaking country, so if you see Portuguese, guess Brazil.

Using road markings can be helpful. Argentina often has yellow lines in the center, while many other countries use white.

If you're a GeoGuessr player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in GeoGuessr essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
