Easy peasy! Just flip that card over and look at the lower right corner on the back. You'll find a little symbol there that tells you the series. But wait, there's more! The front side isn't just for show. Near the bottom of the card, usually towards the middle or the right, you'll find another symbol. That's your set symbol, and it tells you which specific set within the series your card belongs to. Happy hunting!

Pro tip from someone who's been in the game awhile: Each series has a unique symbol, right? So, once you learn those symbols, it's like speaking another language. The symbols are your best friend for identifying series AND sets. And don't forget about the card number, which can help track down elusive details if the symbol's giving you a hard time.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
