Just flip that card and look at the tiny symbol near the number! It's like a secret code for the set. If you're really into it, memorize the symbols for bragging rights.

Easy way to tell which Pokemon card set you've got is to check the symbol found at the bottom right or left of the card, near the card number. Each set has its own unique symbol, so once you spot that, just look it up online or consult a card list from that set to confirm!

Honestly, just Google the card's name and number. The symbol method works, but why not let the internet do the heavy lifting?

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
