Buy a house first. Then hit up the 'Activities' tab and select 'Throw a Party.' It's that simple!

You can't throw a house party without a house. Buy a house, then find the option in 'Activities.' Easy peasy!

Just go to 'Activities,' choose 'Party,' and select 'Throw a House Party.' Make sure you own a house though!
