Just hit G to select your grenade, then left-click to throw. Simple as that. No fancy tricks, just good aim needed.
Honestly, I just spam G and click until something explodes. 10/10 would recommend.
Quick tip: After pressing G, right-click to aim with a more precise arc, showing where the grenade will go. Makes it way easier to not accidentally gift it to your feet.
