You can throw a weapon in WWE 2K24 by picking it up with LB/L1, aiming, and pressing the throw button (usually A/X).

In WWE 2K24, to throw a weapon, pick it up with the designated button, then press the button assigned to throw it. I think it’s A on Xbox and X on PS.
