To till grass in Stardew Valley, you just need to equip a Hoe and click on the grass tiles you want to till. This works on any patch of grass on your farm where you can grow crops. Once tilled, you can plant seeds there!

You can't till grass. You gotta cut it first with a Scythe, then till the ground underneath.

Tilling grass? Just hoe it away, then plant those parsnips or whatever you're growing. Farming 101!

Just grab your Hoe from your toolbar and left-click on the grass you wanna till. Super easy!
