To trade in Warframe, first join a clan with a dojo. Once inside, find and access a trading post, invite the player you want to trade with, and follow the on-screen prompts. Easy peasy, Tenno squeezy!

Find a trading post in your clan dojo, interact with it, and invite the player you want to trade with. Done and done!

As a Warframe veteran, I can tell you: join a clan, access the dojo, find the trading post, and trade away! Make sure you both have the necessary credits and trade tax covered.
