Nope, can't do cross-platform transfers. Stick to the same ecosystem, use cloud saves or local backups for that smooth transition!
I managed to move my Vault from my old Android to my new one just by backing up my game data and restoring it on the new device. Make sure you're using the same Google Play account, and it should work. Not sure about crossing over to Apple devices though, never tried that.
