As someone who did this last month, you just need to make sure your Epic Games account is linked to the correct email. Then, simply log in on any other device using those credentials.
You can't literally transfer the account itself, but you can log into your Epic Games account on a different device. Just download Fortnite, log into your Epic Games account, and boom, you're in.
Honestly, just log in with your Epic Games account on the new device. No hoops to jump through!
