I tried to transfer my Fortnite skins before, but you can't do it. Best bet is to stick to one account and make sure it's linked for cross-platform access.

Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer Fortnite skins between accounts. Epic Games doesn't support this feature, but you can link your accounts to share purchases.
