Then, download Homescapes on your new phone, log in with the same account, and voila! Your progress should sync up and continue from where you left off. Short answer: Sync it! Connect to Facebook or your Google/Apple account in the game on your old phone. Install the game on the new phone, log in with the same account, and you should be good to go. If it doesn't sync immediately, sometimes restarting the game or your phone helps.
