You can transfer your Xbox 360 hard drive to another Xbox 360 console by using a transfer cable. Connect the cable to both consoles and follow the on-screen instructions to move your data.
Just pop the old Xbox 360 hard drive off your console and attach it to the new one. No transfer cables needed if they're both the same model!
No need to overcomplicate it. Just swap the hard drives. Xbox made it pretty straightforward!
