Listen, just push them gently with your shield. Takes time but it works if you're patient and don't get bored!
Oh, simple: build a small boat, put a pen on it, and sail your boars to a new home! Just kidding, don't do that. Stick to building pens and luring.
I found the best way is to use the 'follow me' command after taming them. Just lead them to your desired destination slowly. Patience is key!
