You can do a True Reset in Undertale without beating the game by deleting the save data in the game's files. On PC, navigate to the 'AppData' folder, find the 'Undertale' folder, and delete the 'file0' and 'undertale.ini' files. Be careful, though—this will erase all progress!

For console players, it’s trickier because you typically can’t access those files. You simply have to complete the game or start fresh on another account.
