Go to the pre-game settings by using the laptop in the lobby, then scroll to enable 'Anonymous Votes'. Simple as that!

In the lobby, click on the computer to open the settings. From there, look for 'Anonymous Votes' and make sure you turn it on. Voila, mystery votes activated!
