You don't actually 'turn' a personal page into a business page. Create a separate business page using Facebook's Page Creator: [https://www.facebook.com/pages/creation/](https://www.facebook.com/pages/creation/).
You just need to go to the 'Settings' of your page, find the 'Page Roles' section, and change your role to an 'Admin' if you aren't one. Then, in 'General Settings,' you can find the option to convert to a business page.
From personal experience, go to your page settings, look for the 'Page Visibility' options, and switch it to a business page template. It made my catering service page look super professional.
Skip the hassle, just make a new business page. It's quicker.
