How to turn off AI gunner in War Thunder ships?

From the main menu screen, head to 'Controls,' select 'Naval Battles,' and then disable the 'Fire AI gunners' option. You're all set!
Just disable your AI gunners in the 'Weaponry' section under the 'Game Options' tab. Piece of cake!
