I tried looking for mods that could help with this since I wanted a more family-friendly atmosphere when I play GTA 5 in the living room, but no luck. It's pretty much baked into the game. So, it's headphones and playing after hours for me!
Nope, can't be done. GTA 5 is pretty much a package deal with its language and themes. Best bet is to play something else if it's a big issue.
