Turning off crossplay in Apex Legends is like doing a magic trick with your settings! Just launch the game, head to the lobby, and open the settings menu. Look for the 'Gameplay' tab and bam! You'll see the option to disable crossplay. Just click that, and you're set. No more dealing with console aim assists or different platform shenanigans. Remember though, turning this off might increase your matchmaking times since you're limiting your pool of potential squadmates to just PC players.

I used to get super frustrated playing against console players because of their aim assist, felt like I was at a disadvantage. After turning off crossplay, though, the matches feel more balanced. It's just in the settings under 'Gameplay.' Really easy to switch off and on depending on who you're playing with.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
