In my experience, the easiest way is to enter a new realm. That resets all spells and effects, including fire.
Just go into the 'Settings' in Royale High and toggle the 'Effects' option off, and *poof* fire be gone!
To turn off the fire, open your spell book, find the spell you used to cast the fire, and click the 'Off' button.
