You can disable the HUD in replays by pressing 'Ctrl + Shift + G'. Trust me, it cleans up the view nicely!

Just hit 'Home' on your keyboard during the replay. Boom, HUD gone!

Why even turn it off? The HUD gives you all that juicy info. But if you must, 'Alt + Z' should do the trick.
