Turning off passive mode in GTA Online is pretty easy! All you gotta do is hold down the 'Select' button on your console or 'M' on PC to bring up the Interaction Menu. Then, scroll down to 'Disable Passive Mode' and select it. Keep in mind, there's a cooldown period before you can enable it again, so make sure you're ready for some action!

Honestly, why turn it off? Best way to avoid trolls and griefers. But hey, to each their own!

Pro tip: Use the Interaction Menu wisely. Passive mode is great for dodging griefers, but nothing beats the thrill of going all in. Also, remember that you can win Steam gift cards that might help you snag GTA itself or some cool game cosmetics, just by playing fun games!

Just a heads up, you can't turn off passive mode if you're in a vehicle that supports it, like the Weaponized Tampa. Gotta be on foot to switch it off!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
