Yo, just head to 'Settings', then 'Gameplay Options', and switch the PCI to 'Hidden'. Problem solved!

Hey! To turn off PCI, go to the settings menu, navigate to 'Gameplay', then find the 'PCI' section, and set it to 'Off'. Easy peasy!

Once in the game, you can pause, go to 'Settings', and then 'PCI Settings'. Turn all the PCI options to 'Off'. It works for me every time.
