You can’t exactly turn off Quick Resume directly, but you can manage it by closing games completely or restarting your console. Just press the Menu button on the game in the 'Home' or 'My games & apps' screen and select 'Quit'.

From my experience, you gotta manually quit each game to stop Quick Resume from kicking in. Just hit the Menu button on the game’s icon and choose 'Quit'. Easy peasy!

Nope, you can't truly 'turn off' Quick Resume. Best workaround? Restart your console or quit the game manually. Frustrating, I know!
