To turn off voice chat restrictions in Fortnite, go to Settings > Audio and set Voice Chat to 'On'. Make sure parental controls are off if you're underage!

From the main menu, hit the three lines (or the hamburger icon), then Settings > Audio and toggle Voice Chat to 'On'. Should be good to go!

You might want to check your parental controls. If they're on, even if you enable voice chat in settings, it won't work.
