From the main menu, open 'Settings', head over to the Controller Options tab, ensure 'Advanced Options' are enabled, and adjust 'Aim Assist Strength'. Easy peasy!

Just go to 'Settings', then 'Controller Options'. Make sure 'Use Advanced Options' is turned on and then toggle 'Aim Assist Strength' to suit your preference.
