How to Turn on FPS Counter in The Outer Worlds
If you're on Steam, you can also use its built-in FPS counter. Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game, and turn on the 'In-Game FPS Counter'. It will show up in the corner of your screen while playing The Outer Worlds.

Hey there! If you're on PC, you can use the in-game settings to enable the FPS counter. Just go to Options > UI and toggle the FPS counter on. Enjoy seeing how smooth your game runs!
For those on NVIDIA GPUs, GeForce Experience has an FPS counter too. Just press Alt+Z in-game, go to Settings > HUD Layout, and enable the FPS counter. Works like a charm!
Honestly, who needs an FPS counter? Just enjoy the game! But if you really want one, Steam settings should do the trick.
