Honestly, it should be on already. Never had to manually turn mine on. Check your Quest settings, not Rec Room.
Did you check the settings on your Oculus Quest itself? Sometimes the issue isn't in Rec Room but in your Quest's system settings. Go into your Oculus settings, find the permissions for Rec Room, and make sure the microphone is allowed. Saved me a headache!
Just plug it in and scream into the void鈥攌idding! Seriously, most times, it's already on by default. But if not, settings in Rec Room will sort you out.
