Use Mod View, find the user in the chat, click on their name, and hit 'Unban'. They’ll be back faster than you can say GG!
Click on your profile picture to access the Creator Dashboard, then go to 'Settings' > 'Moderation' > 'Banned Chatters' and remove them from the list. Done and dusted!
