Super easy! Just head to the 'Controls' menu in War Thunder, find the key bindings for F1 and F11, and set them to 'None'.

Go to the game’s settings, navigate to 'Controls', find the keys you want to unbind, and just click 'Clear'. Voila!

I've done this myself! All you need to do is go to 'Controls', search for F1 and F11 bindings, and delete those suckers.

Why would you even need the F1 and F11 keys during battle? Get rid of them in the 'Controls' section!
