Head to your 'Settings', then select 'Basic'. You'll see 'Blocked Players' - tap it and choose who to unblock. Simple as that!

Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Basic > Blocked Players. From there, find the player you want to unblock and hit 'Unblock'. Voila!
