Head to your friends list, look for 'Blocked Players,' select the person's tag, and just hit the 'Unblock' option. Easy peasy!

Go to the Friends tab, select 'Blocked' and find the gamertag of the person you want to unblock. From there, choose 'Unblock' and you're all set!
