If you want an uncensored experience, just play it on PC. Easier mods and no regional restrictions!
I’ve heard some people say that the game can be patched to remove certain content, but you'll need a modded console for that, which can get you banned from Xbox Live. Not worth it in my opinion!
You don't. The game is meant to be played as is. Trying to change it can mess up your console or get you banned.
