Just open your inventory, go to the companion tab, and then drag the helmet off. It’s like a magic trick, but with more space helmets!

In the inventory menu, switch to the companion you want to modify and simply click on the helmet slot to unequip it. Easy peasy!

You can unequip your companion's helmet by heading into the character menu, selecting the companion, and clicking on the helmet slot to remove it.
