Manually's a bit tedious but works: go to your News Feed, click the three dots on a post, and select 'Unfollow.' Rinse and repeat.

You can't actually do it in one click. FB makes sure you stay connected. Manual unfollow is your only option.
Why unfollow everyone? Just use Facebook's 'Take a Break' feature to selectively limit updates from certain friends. Works like a charm!
