To unhide a Facebook post, go to your profile, click on the 'Activity Log' button, find the hidden post, and click 'Unhide'. Easy peasy!
In the Activity Log, find the post you hid, and unhide it. Boom, done.
From personal experience, I've found the easiest way to unhide a post is by going to your 'Activity Log' and selecting 'Hidden From Timeline' – find the post and click 'Unhide'.
Seriously, just use the Activity Log on your profile page and unhide the post from there.
