To uninstall Words with Friends on iOS, just tap and hold the app icon until it jiggles, then tap the 'X' to delete it. Reinstall it from the App Store. Done!

I had to do this once! For Facebook, go to your Account Settings > Apps and Websites > Words with Friends > Remove. Reinstall by going to the game section in Facebook and adding the app back. No worries, your progress usually stays intact!
