Going through a clean uninstall on PC? Don't forget to delete the Warframe folder in your 'AppData' directory for a fresh start!

For PlayStation: Highlight Warframe, press the Options button, and choose Delete. For Xbox: Highlight it, press the Menu button, and select Uninstall. Simple!
