Just keep playing and reaching new levels. Some skins are unlocked based on the number of levels you complete.
Collect as many Coins as you can! You earn Coins by completing levels, and then you can use them to unlock new skins.
I unlocked 10 skins by playing daily and cashing in my Coins whenever a new skin popped up in the store. Patience is key!
