Just use Pac-Man! Once you're playing as him, Blinky will show up as a ghost. Simply let him catch you, and he's yours.

To unlock Blinky in Crossy Road, you need to play as Pac-Man. When you play as Pac-Man, Blinky will randomly appear as one of the ghosts. Just bump into him and voil脿, you've got Blinky!
