Unlocking Gon = beat him in Tekken Ball mode OR use the code:

1. At the character select screen, hold Select and press Square, Triangle, L1, and R1.

Unlocking Dr. B = complete Tekken Force mode 3 times, then defeat him.

To unlock Gon, beat him in the Tekken Ball mode or enter the code at the character select screen. For Dr. Bosconovitch, finish Tekken Force mode three times and defeat him when he challenges you.

The only way to unlock Gon is through Tekken Ball mode. For Dr. B, just grind Tekken Force three times and beat him.

Gon: win Tekken Ball or use the code. Dr. B: finish Tekken Force 3 times.

I unlocked Gon by beating him in Tekken Ball mode. Took me forever, but it was worth it! As for Dr. B., I completed Tekken Force mode three times and it was satisfying to finally face off with him.
