To unlock the HSW upgrades in GTA 5, you gotta first make sure you're playing on a platform that supports the new HSW (Hao鈥檚 Special Works) content. Start by visiting Hao鈥檚 Special Works inside the LS Car Meet. To access HSW, you need to become a LS Car Meet member first. After that, you鈥檒l have to complete Hao鈥檚 Special Works Time Trial, which becomes available once you hit Car Meet Membership Rank 20. Smash that Time Trial and congrats, you've unlocked the HSW upgrades for your rides!
Just hit Rank 20 at the LS Car Meet and beat Hao's Time Trial. Easy.
