You can unlock more fatalities in Mortal Kombat 11 by exploring the Krypt and acquiring them as loot or by completing various Towers of Time challenges. Happy hunting!

Honestly, just play through the Towers of Time and try to get lucky with the drops in the Krypt. That's been my experience!
